Privacy Policy & Photography Credits

Your assessment details are used to route and discuss a driveway project. This page describes the website’s current data handling and optional connected features.

Details you choose to provide

The assessment form asks for your name, phone, email, property address, city, ZIP, whether the driveway is new or existing, the main issue, and contact consent. You may also provide driveway length, preferred contact time, a description, and a photo when uploads are available.

Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information. Do not upload people, vehicle plates, documents, or neighboring property unless necessary and you have permission to share the image.

How a request is handled

When delivery is connected, form details are sent through this website’s server to the configured inquiry service and may be shared with an independent service provider serving the property area. The website does not keep a separate quote database. A successful message appears only after the receiving service confirms delivery.

If delivery is unavailable or fails, the form shows an error. Connected email, CRM, communications, and storage services may keep their own records. The final operator must identify those processors and set specific retention periods before public launch.

Contact consent

By checking the consent box and submitting, you agree that this website and an independent service provider may contact you by phone, text, or email about the request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

A production contact method for privacy requests must be configured before public launch. Once available, use it to withdraw contact consent or request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs.

Optional photos

When enabled, a photo is sent with the inquiry to the connected service. That service is responsible for private storage, access control, and deletion. The website does not retain a separate photo copy.

Analytics and technical information

Analytics are disabled by default. If enabled, the configured analytics connection may receive call clicks, assessment-link clicks, confirmed inquiry events, and page paths. Names, contact details, property details, descriptions, consent values, and photos are not included in these events.

When analytics are enabled, session storage remembers the first known site page for that browser tab. The site does not set advertising cookies itself. Hosting providers may process standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for operation and security.
